Both of us were set up to succeed — big programs, real opportunities, everything you'd need to make it — and both of us still fell short of where we wanted to end up. DiamondMind exists because we know exactly what that gap feels like, and exactly what it takes to close it.
Brayden Fraasman
Brayden's path started at a community college, not a big program — he worked his way up from there to the ACC level at NC State, starting all four years of his college baseball career along the way. He also went through the recruiting process himself: the confusing timelines, the mixed advice, the pressure to stand out, and the reality that being "good enough" on paper doesn't guarantee anything.
He built DiamondMind to give the next generation of players the coaching and honest recruiting guidance he wishes he'd had coming up — with a focus on outfield defense and hitting, plus the Diamond Mindset work that ties it all together.
Brayden takes on catchers, too — he used to catch himself, so he knows the position from the inside.

Dalton started all four years of his college baseball career: a season at Missouri, then two seasons at Tennessee, where he was part of Tennessee's 2024 National Championship team — before transferring to NC State alongside Brayden. A true utility player, he's played everywhere from catcher and third base to the outfield.
